A Northern Fall

The last season we had yet to experience since moving to Duluth was fall. As ususal, a northern fall never fails to be beautiful!

A few colors in early fall at Jay Cooke State Park

A view of the swinging bridge...

and the old RR bridge/bike trail bridge

A few rocks in the St. Louis River

Some vibrant colors in Cloquet

No season would be complete without a trip up the North Shore

Pat & Sara infront of the Split Rock Lighthouse

The shoreline by Split Rock

A leaf on the beach

Pat tries to hide amongst the trees, but cannot escape the camera ;-)

He retaliates by sneaking up on Sara!

A view of the island at Split Rock

Fall waves splash against the rocks at Split Rock

Beautiful sunsets .... at Oldenberg Point at Jay Cooke

and at Split Rock signal the end to a beautiful autumn
